My Background
Navigating the intricacies of human experience has been the driving force behind my journey as a clinician. Raised in Houston, TX my academic journey led me to study Human Sciences at Prairie View A&M University. Discovering a profound passion for mental health, I set out on the path to become a mental health clinician. Achieving my Master’s in Education from Lamar University, I specialize in Clinical Mental Health. As a licensed professional counselor, I’ve worked in various settings such as community mental health, Intellectual Developmental Disabilities, and integrative telehealth, providing Individual, Group, and Couples counseling to Adults/Children/Teens. I am committed to creating a therapeutic space where clients can explore their concerns with safety and empathy. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space for my clients to explore their concerns.

Beyond my work as a clinician, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. Whether it’s watching Real Housewives, or scrolling on TikTok, establishing a safe and collaborative together is my goal. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you better!
