My Therapeutic Style
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a strong emphasis on creating a space where clients feel truly heard, respected, and understood. I tailor each session to meet your individual needs, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to support meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity, helping you explore your experiences and move toward healing at your own pace.
Clients I work with present with a wide range of challenges, including managing chronic stress and burnout, navigating anxiety and depression, and resolving interpersonal conflicts in relationships or at work. Many also come seeking support for trauma recovery, grief, and life transitions that feel overwhelming. Additionally, I have worked with clients facing difficulties related to neurodiversity, such as social communication challenges and vocational barriers, as well as those coping with the unique stressors of disability or chronic health conditions.
Clients appreciate my down-to-earth and lighthearted approach, which helps create a comfortable and relaxed environment where they feel safe being themselves. I balance professionalism with genuine warmth and a sense of humor, making it easier to explore difficult topics without feeling overwhelmed. This authentic, approachable style allows clients to connect deeply while also finding moments of levity and hope throughout their healing journey.
