My Therapeutic Style

I have worked with many complicated situations in which the families were isolated from each other, angry, communication issues, specific family roles that were maladaptive. I have worked with individuals and couples with sex/porn addiction, infidelity, communication issues, boundary concerns. Clients have struggled with suicidal ideation, addiction, loss, lack of motivation to change behaviors, and various traumas. I have worked with adults that were diagnosed with Asperger’s syndrome later in life. I had to assist them in how their behaviors and emotions or lack of affected people around them.

I am a person-centered therapist who believes in finding the core issues and beliefs needed to treat a client. I am also an eclectic therapist who believes that our uniqueness as humans is as unique as how we respond to different therapies. It is not a one shoe fits all method.

If any of this resonates with you, please reach out to schedule an appointment. I look forward to working with you.
