My Background

I’ve always been passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges. Becoming a licensed professional counselor was a natural path for me as I wanted to make a positive impact on people’s lives. I graduated from Texas Christian University with a Masters of Education in Professional Counseling. I’ve worked in outpatient, schools, and private practice with teens, adults, couples, and families. I believe in creating a safe and empathetic space for my clients to explore their concerns.

A Few Fun Facts or Interests:

When I step out of the therapy room, you’ll discover my passion for playing RPG video games. Whether it’s diving into science fiction books or taking care of my plant babies, these pursuits not only bring me joy but also enrich my understanding of the world. Building a non-judgemental and comfortable environment is at the core of my approach, and I’m excited about the chance to deepen our connection as we embark on this journey together.
