My Therapeutic Style
My therapeutic approach is eclectic, utilizing concepts and principles from multiple modalities as well as spiritual principles to best fit my clients needs. I support my clients with an honest and dialectic approach to identify strengths and gain self acceptance while also promoting change to assist clients with taking control of their life.
My past clients have struggled with various aspects of their lives, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use/addiction, ADHD, autism, attachment issues, trauma, relationship/family stressors, grief, LGBTQ+, and life transitions.
Past clients have said that our time in therapy has improved their overall quality of life. Whether it be an improved sense of self, letting go of negative core beliefs, or finding meaning in struggle, I hope to assist individuals in becoming who they strive to be.
