My Therapeutic Style
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, focusing on creating a safe space where you feel heard and empowered. Using evidenced-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, ERP, and DBT, I tailor our work to your unique needs, fostering healing and growth with compassion.
Over the past ten years, my clients have navigated complex challenges including heightened trauma and PTSD symptoms, often triggered by personal or societal stressors, as well as increased anxiety from uncertainty, isolation, or identity-based discrimination. Others have faced moderate-severe depression, marked by persistent low mood, burnout, or loss of motivation.
