My Therapeutic Style

Michelle’s therapy style is flexible, supportive, and grounded in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space. She meets clients where they are and uses different approaches depending on what they need, always aiming to help them feel seen, heard, and empowered to work through whatever they’re facing.

Many of her clients have struggled with issues like past trauma, low self-worth, anxiety, depression, and difficulty managing stress. She also commonly sees challenges related to unhealthy coping mechanisms, cognitive distortions, burnout, and navigating complex relationships or life transitions.

Clients often say that what sets her apart is her ability to create a space where they feel safe, seen, and not judged—no matter what they’re going through. They appreciate her down-to-earth, honest approach and the way she balances being compassionate with also gently challenging them when needed to support real growth.
