My Background and Interests
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, integrative, and holistic. I view each individual as a whole person, which I believe is essential in providing meaningful and effective care. My goal is to foster a safe and supportive environment where treatment is thoughtfully tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I draw from a variety of strategies and modalities, allowing for flexibility and responsiveness in each session. I emphasize the interconnectedness of emotions, thoughts, bodily experiences, and—when relevant—spiritual beliefs. I believe that a strong, secure therapeutic relationship is the foundation for healing and lasting growth.
With warmth and empathy at the core of my practice, I strive to offer a therapeutic experience that is both compassionate and empowering. I am committed to practicing from an anti-racist, liberation-based framework that affirms multicultural identities, neurodiversity, LGBTQ+ experiences, and body/sex positivity. I welcome and honor individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
