My Therapeutic Style
Using person-centered therapy has given me the experience and the ability to build strong rapport with clients, to listen actively and provide empathetic support. These skills translate directly to the role of a counselor, where building trusting relationships and offering guidance are vital within a session.
I specialize in PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life-transitions. Some clients have fear of the “unknown” or change. These challenges have presented to cause certain detachments with their loved ones.
My clients can expect a professional and compassionate therapist that is willing to listen and build rapport in order to provide the best therapeutic approach to meet their needs.
