My Therapeutic Style
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I integrate EMDR, parts work, CBT, and strength-based approaches to support clients in understanding their inner world, building resilience, and creating meaningful change. I tailor each session to meet the client where they are, focusing on empowerment and emotional safety.
Past clients have struggled with religious trauma, losing loved ones, school age children dealing with their parents divorcing, PTSD and C-PTSD (everything from sexual trauma, physical abuse, near-death experiences, etc.), relationship struggles, and being diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. Clients often share that they felt genuinely supported and no longer alone in facing their challenges.
Many have shared that my warmth, insight, and trauma-informed approaches helps them feel safe enough to do meaningful, lasting work. If this resonates with you, please reach out to schedule an appointment.
