My Background and Interests

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help clients develop insight, self-compassion, and connection to their internal world. I aim to create a grounded, emotionally attuned space where clients can explore both past wounds and present patterns at a pace that feels safe and empowering.

Many of my clients have presented with challenges related to emotional regulation, relationship patterns, grief, and a history of trauma or chaotic early environments. I often work with individuals who feel stuck between their internal parts, torn between self-protective strategies and a more profound desire for connection, authenticity, or healing. Clients also frequently bring concerns around boundary difficulties, identity exploration, and persistent self-doubt, particularly in the context of family dynamics, intimacy, and unresolved loss.

I bring a calm, heart-centered approach that blends depth-oriented work with somatic and mindfulness-based awareness, helping clients slow down and connect with themselves in a more compassionate, embodied way. If this resonates with you, please reach out to schedule an appointment.
