My Background

As a Mexican-American youth I came to find that seeking mental health was not easily accepted. I knew that I wanted to speak to a therapist about the difficulties I was facing but did not have the resources to do so. I wanted to be that therapist for someone in a similar situation. I am originally from a border town, Laredo, Texas but now call San Antonio, Texas home.

Supporting my clients in distress demands patience and empathy, qualities I am grateful to possess. Treatment is earnestly thought out for each of my clients. I do not do a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. During our session, your needs will be my sole focus. Just know that I will challenge you with pertinent questions to help in this journey. All I ask is that you give it a chance.

A Few Fun Facts

I am a huge music fan and am interested in many different genres. I love to read/listen to audio books. I quote tv shows and movies but basically I’m nostalgic for the 90’s and 2000’s.
