My Therapeutic Style

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help reset and reframe thoughts. I strive to create a comfortable environment where the client feels safe to openly express their feelings and thoughts. Clients have valued my authenticity, as well as my ability to make the sessions feel less like a “process”, and more like they are speaking with someone who’s known them a long time.

I enjoy providing individuals and families with the foundational skills and tools to help provide a better road map to successfully navigating the road to success on this journey through life. I help them set consistent boundaries surrounding the changes they have implemented to maintain their progress. Past clients feel they have gained the tools they’ve needed to be their best, set healthy boundaries, use effective communication, and to reach a point where they no longer need me. I would love to help you reach your therapeutic goals, as well.
