My Therapeutic Style

I would describe my therapy style as inclusive, accepting and transformative. It’s important to me that my clients feel safe, heard and most importantly – not judged. My therapy style is me, like talking to a friend! Psychoanalytic Therapy is my favorite, and I also love Freud, Jung, and the confrontation of Gestalt therapy. As a New Yorker, Reality Therapy is super relatable. Don’t be scared – I’m cool, I promise!

I build a respectable, accepting and safe space for my clients to say whatever they feel without judgment. I am not only knowledgeable, but filled with love for my profession. I have experience working with families, couples, and groups on a variety of topics, including grief, life transitions, relational issues, and more. I’ve also worked extensively with first responders, the LGBTQAI+ community, and clients with autism.

Beyond my work as a clinician, I enjoy spending time with my children and fur babies or collecting scarves. Whether it’s bonding over shared interests or breaking down ideas with clients, establishing a warm, supportive environment together is my goal. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you better!
