Employer Health Network (EHN) is a health insurance plan that offers benefits and coverage to many retail employees. The plan has two network options: the Preferred Network and the Expanded Network. The Expanded Network is a national network of providers, clinics, and hospitals through Aetna Signature Administrators that offer services at the standard benefit level.
