My BackgroundÂ
Before pursuing my Masters degree in counseling, I worked with kids, adolescents, and families through public education and the arts. I deeply believe we are all unique individuals that need to be seen and deserve to take up space in this world. Getting to know each client is an honor, as I believe clients are the experts in their own lives. The therapy space allows us all to show up, exactly as we are, while pursuing our most ideal existence. I welcome the opportunity to work with you.Â
A Few Fun FactsÂ
Nothing beats the first sip of coffee in the morning, cooking is a lovely way to spend a Sunday afternoon, and NYC theater always has my heart. A variety of adjectives could be used to describe me: mom, wife, teacher, reader, traveler, runner, student, artist. However, most simply I am a genuine human being who likes to laugh, loves good community, and tries to show up each day through life’s variety of struggles and joys.
