My Background

Becoming a Social Worker and clinician was a natural progression for me since high school, as I’ve always had a passion for supporting others in finding their path towards their inner strength to healing and self-discovery. I aim to foster an environment of safety where you are free to share or explore whatever you need. My approach is interactive and client-centered. Along my journey, I’ve found humor to be a powerful tool, where appropriate, alongside harnessing individual strengths. Inspired by the kindness and support I’ve been fortunate to receive, I’m committed to extending the same through my professional clinical practice. I am here to support you as you seize control of your self-care and offer yourself the self-compassion you deserve as you rebuild a life that’s both fulfilling and authentic.

My professional background includes clinical experience in behavioral health and trauma and crisis intervention gained in both school and psychiatric emergency settings. Currently, I am pursuing my Master of Social Work degree at Baylor University.

A Few Fun Facts:

I am a genuine Southern Texas girl (alright, alright, alright!), with a deep love for Friday night football games, Blue Bell ice cream, and Tex-Mex! When I step out of the therapy room and I’m not busy embarrassing my family in the stands at their sports games, you’ll often find me reading, dominating in Mario-Kart, or on the hunt for new taco spots – I love new recommendations! You’ll also discover my passion for the hill country and cooling off in the summers with a lazy float down the river and having fun with the rope swings into the water. Building an authentic working relationship with my clients is at the core of my approach and just as I value the connections and experiences in my personal life, I anticipate the opportunity to get to know you better and support you. I look forward to meeting you!
