My BackgroundÂ
Before pursuing my doctorate degree, I completed my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I have extensive experience in serving diverse clients – from adults and teenagers to refugees and college students.Â
As a doctoral trainee, I advanced my skills in therapy and neuropsychological testing. I have successfully treated college students and clients with trauma, social emotional, and personality disorders. I have applied various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy (ET), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and anger management therapy. Additionally, I have conducted cognitive, neuropsychological, and academic assessments for clients of different ages. I have administered tests for clients with ADHD, traumatic brain injuries, and academic and learning disabilities.Â
In my spare time, I enjoy socializing with friends, engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, playing group games, and bowling.
