My love for counseling started off during my final semester of my undergraduate degree. A course called Juveille Delquiency opened my eyes to the amount of support that is needed within our communities. It revealed to me the importance of having someone supportive playing a significant role in shaping how we interact with the world. I want to be the person who helps cultivate a space for those who want to grow and become the person they are meant to be. During my career I have worked in various mental health settings such as hosptials, clinics, non-profit organizations, and schools. I asisted children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral disturbances. I utilize a personalized approach combining interventions from Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma-Focused CBT, and motivational interviewing tailored to meet your individual needs.
