My Background

I have extensive training in Child-Centered Play Therapy and Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. I specialize in child development and child-parent attachment. I love supporting parents and caregivers of both neurotypical and neurodivergent children and adolescents by helping them form stronger connections with their children.

I also enjoy helping people become more familiar with and accepting of their emotions and unique life challenges. My treatment style focuses on gaining an understanding of practical brain science, identifying emotions and automatic thoughts and behaviors, and establishing a sense of self-acceptance.

As for me personally, I love to travel, cook, and spend time outdoors. My favorite way to cook things is over a campfire and my favorite way to pass time is talking to friends and my mom. I am an avid hiker as well as a fierce board game player and puzzle completer. I have been playing Dungeons and Dragons for several years as both a player and a Dungeon Master. On any given evening, if I am not playing with friends, one could find me on the couch, under a blanket, watching low budget movies with my partner and our dog.
