My Approach
Coming from a scientific background, I advocate for evidence-based practices that are backed by research. We will integrate mindfulness training into our sessions to enhance your emotional and cognitive awareness. While I emphasize staying grounded in the here-and-now, I also will make space for discussions about your history and existential themes including finding meaning and purpose. Additionally, I recognize how broader social, environmental, and economic systems might impact your well-being. In our time together, we will explore the emotional terrain of your experiences and work to make tangible changes in your life. This dual focus aims to empower you to process your feelings and take actionable steps towards personal growth and fulfillment.
If my approach resonates with you, go ahead and schedule a call and let’s see if we are a good match.
