My Background

As a child, I encountered my fair share of challenges. However, it was during these tough times that I found solace in the guidance of a compassionate therapist. Their unwavering support ignited a spark within me, fueling my passion for mental health and motivating me to pursue a career as a clinician!

After earning my BA in Psychology from Texas State University, I eagerly delved into further studies, ultimately obtaining a master’s degree in Social Work with a focus on aiding children and families. Three years ago, I made the exciting leap to Austin, drawn by its lively atmosphere and sense of community!

In my downtime, you’ll often find me immersed in board games with friends and loved ones or nurturing my green thumb in the garden. I’m an avid reader, always eager to dive into the latest book club pick. Nature often pulls me outdoors, whether it’s for a leisurely stroll along the town lake or a lively hike in the hills!

I’m passionate about holistic well-being and find joy in practicing yoga, pilates, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. As a clinician, I bring warmth, empathy, and authenticity to my practice, aiming to create a safe and uplifting space where clients can embark on their journey of self-discovery and growth.
