My Therapeutic Style

My primary focus is maternal mental health, infertility, PTSD, generalized anxiety, and depressive disorders. I also have experience supporting veterans, law enforcement, and first responders in these roles who are navigating PTSD, anxiety, and stress management. I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals navigating parenthood, fertility challenges, or family dynamics. My approach emphasizes understanding identity, relationship concerns, and unique cultural experiences.

My therapy style is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I strive to empower clients by helping them build resilience, develop coping skills, and confidence in their ability to navigate challenges. I primarily use CBT, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques.

With my clients, I connect deeply. This connection, coupled with my specialized knowledge in maternal mental health, allows clients to feel understood in ways they haven’t before. I take pride in blending clinical expertise with genuine empathy and support.
