My Therapeutic Style
I help individuals, couples, and groups improve emotional intelligence, strengthen relationships, and build resilience through structured, practical interventions. I have experience working with veterans, first responders, and individuals in high-stress professions, providing specialized support for the unique mental health challenges they face. I provide affirming, culturally competent care for LGBTQ+ clients, helping with self-acceptance, relationship challenges, discrimination, spiritual conflict, and trauma.
My therapy style is relational, practical, and insight-driven, built on the belief that a strong therapeutic alliance is essential for growth. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore challenges, develop self-awareness, and implement real-world solutions. Using Person-Centered Relational Therapy, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I tailor each session to meet individual needs, helping clients build resilience, improve relationships, and create meaningful change.
Clients often leave therapy feeling more self-aware, emotionally resilient, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. They develop clarity, confidence, and practical tools for relationships, emotional regulation, and personal growth. Above all, clients walk away with the skills and confidence to sustain long-term change.
