About Me!

As a military wife, I’ve traveled extensively and have had the joy of experiencing life across the US, working with diverse populations in New York, Kentucky, Appalachia, Chicago, and Hawaii . . . I’ve learned so much from my clients over the years, and I love what I do.

With over a decade in the mental health field I have earned a reputation for specialty work with trauma, anxiety, depression, forensic and group therapy work.
