Coping with Loneliness This Holiday Season

You are not alone.

Loneliness is a universal issue, and we see so much of it here in the United States.  Research from 2018 found that approximately 50% of American adults feel lonely, left out, and isolated.  More recent research, such as the large-scale survey conducted by Cigna at the beginning of 2020, found that closer to 60%, or 3 in every 5 Americans, are struggling with loneliness.

Whether you are anticipating feeling lonely or you’ve been feeling it for a long time, we want to help.

In our video, Dr. Kyler Shumway talks about how you can cope with feelings of loneliness this holiday season.  To get help with loneliness and isolation, contact us today.
