All therapy sessions are by appointment only. Payment for services can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or HSA/FSA cards. We do not take American Express. We can keep a card on file so that you don’t need to provide payment information each session.
Standard 45-minute individual therapy sessions are priced as follows:
- $195 with our senior psychologists (Dr. Jev Sikes, Dr. Sydnor Sikes, Dr. Charlotte Howard, and Dr. Glenn Olds)
- $165 with our licensed psychologists and postdoctoral fellows
- $140 with our LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCs
Initial appointments include an additional $20 first appointment charge. Subsequent sessions follow the pricing structure above. Longer or shorter sessions are sometimes appropriate and are pro-rated accordingly.
Weekly 90 minute sessions are $60 each with our psychologists, and $50 each with our LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCs. You pay for your place in the group, so you are charged for every week the group meets, regardless of whether or not you attend. Read more about group therapy here.

- $175 with our licensed psychologists and postdoctoral fellows
- $150 with our LMFTs, LCSWs, and LPCs
Some couples find that longer sessions (such as 60, 75, or even 90 minutes) better facilitate meeting their session goals. These longer sessions will be prorated accordingly.
*The following services are available for those 18 and older. Seton and most BCBS plans cover psychological assessment. The fees without insurance are $1100-1500, depending on which measures are needed, for the comprehensive ADHD assessment and $550-650 per person for the Therapeutic Personality or Diagnostic Assessments.
Comprehensive ADHD Assessment:
ADHD evaluation includes a detailed intake interview, self-report measures, review of school
records (if appropriate), individually administered intelligence testing, educational achievement
testing and mental-health measures. A wide-range of functioning will be assessed in this
evaluation, including learning, memory, cognitive functioning, executive functioning, reasoning,
social functioning, and verbal and non-verbal communication. A feedback session will conclude
the testing, where you will be provided a report with all test findings and appropriate
Therapeutic Personality or Diagnostic Assessment for Couples & Individuals:
Therapeutic personality or diagnostic assessment are brief interventions to help both couples
and individuals gain a better understanding of their concerns or relationship using psychological
testing. A psychologist will administer an appropriate psychological measure and will discuss
the findings of the test to better understand your concerns and what might be the next best
steps. We’ll explore test results with you, or you and your partner, with compassion,
openness, curiosity and collaboration to provide both insight and healing.
This brief intervention can be a great supplement or precursor to individual or couples’

Tori Olds charges $60 per hour and a half of training for her weekly Minding the Heart group, and $100 for her ongoing monthly 3-hour training group.
