My Therapeutic Style:
My therapy style is warm, empathic, and non-judgmental. I facilitate a collaborative therapeutic space that supports the client’s unique healing journey. Some of the challenges that my clients have presented with are trauma related concerns, stress related concerns, anxiety, depression, suicidality, dissociation, grief and loss, gender and sexual concerns, occupational issues, and relational concerns.
Although the therapeutic experience is unique to each client, most clients express appreciation and gratitude for feeling supported, seen, heard, and validated along their healing journey. From our time together, they most often gain a newfound awareness and an alleviation of symptoms.
About Me:
I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and playing with my dog. A fun fact about me is that I enjoy philanthropy and support the Make The Wish A Foundation.
