My Background and Interests
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and depth-oriented. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, and somatic awareness to help clients develop insight, self-compassion, and connection to their internal world.
I support individuals and couples who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, whether from themselves, their emotions, or each other. You might be facing relationship challenges, stress, grief, anxiety, or the lingering impact of past experiences.
Many people I work with are trying to break old patterns, build healthier boundaries, or reconnect with a deeper sense of self. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, struggling to communicate in your relationship, or simply wanting to feel more grounded and whole, therapy can help.
My approach is calm, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I use a mix of talk therapy, body awareness, and mindfulness to help you slow down, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and care.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to connect.
