About Me
I take an integrative approach to therapy, grounded in the quality of the therapeutic relationship. My style is warm, transparent, and non-judgmental, and I weave together depth-oriented exploration with practical tools for change. I balance openness for reflection with enough structure to help you feel grounded and supported as you move toward your goals.
Outside of my work, I love spending time with family and friends, cooking or trying new foods, and engaging with art in its many forms. Humor is also an important part of my life, and I value finding moments of laughter and connection both in and outside of the therapy room.
As my name might suggest, I am Italian. What it does not reveal is that I am also half-American and have spent much of my life between Italy, the U.S., and (to a lesser extent) the U.K. In short, I have spent a great deal of time adapting to new environments and bridging different ways of seeing the world. This sparked in me, from a young age, a strong motivation to help others feel genuinely seen, understood, and supported as they make sense of their inner world and the relationships that shape their lives.
