Pronouns: she/her

Hi, I’m Bailey, a Doctoral Intern, here to help you. Clients have often shared that the therapeutic relationship itself was a powerful part of their healing. Many described our work together as a corrective emotional experience—where they felt safe, seen, and
supported in a way that allowed them to be vulnerable and explore parts of themselves they had previously avoided. Through this trust, clients were able to grow, challenge old patterns, and gain a deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional resilience. If this is what you’re looking for, I would love to work with you.

My Therapeutic Style:

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in a person-centered approach. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs by integrating evidence-based practices with a focus on emotional safety, strengths, and self-understanding. I strive to create an affirming space where clients feel supported in exploring challenges and building meaningful change.

With children, I most often utilize play and art therapy to support emotional expression, build rapport, and process experiences in a developmentally appropriate way. With adolescents and adults, I use an integrative framework that combines DBT skills, mindfulness, and somatic techniques to promote symptom relief, alongside psychodynamic and attachment-based approaches to explore unconscious patterns and relational dynamics. Across all ages, my work is grounded in a strength-based, person-centered approach, allowing me to create individualized treatment plans that honor each client’s unique needs, values, and goals.

About Me:

Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy creative activities such as painting, drawing, and other forms of artistic expression. I’m also a dog lover and used to show dogs professionally when I was younger—now I spend my free time hiking with my energetic Border Collie. I also enjoy practicing yoga and mindfulness on my own time, which help me stay grounded and reflect the values I bring into the therapy space.
