My Therapeutic Style

My therapeutic style is rooted in providing a warm, collaborative, and affirming space for healing and growth. I believe in meeting individuals where they are, treating them with respect and dignity throughout their journey. Utilizing compassion and evidence-based modalities, I aim to help clients overcome barriers and become their most authentic selves.

I have the most experience working with women, victims of trauma, and neurodivergence using EMDR,  Trauma Focused CBT, and DBT. In helping children and families who’ve experienced trauma, I’ve found that TF-CBT and EMDR are helpful in educating about trauma, coping skills and tools to process trauma more deeply and efficiently. I combine DBT and EMDR to help my client’s who have experienced or are at risk for exploitation, trafficking, addiction, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.

Clients have expressed appreciation for keeping sessions rooted in reality, noting that they value the authentic and supportive environment I strive to create, where they feel comfortable and understood. I strive to be genuine, compassionate, and communicative. If you would like to work with me, please reach out to schedule an appointment. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you better!
