My Therapy Style:

My therapeutic approach is typically calm, curious, and welcoming. It is client-centered and strengths-based. Sessions tend to be collaborative and exploratory, to help process emotions, come up with a plan, or help the client feel validated.

I typically use IFS, Narrative, and Solution Focused therapy. I tie in parts of ACT as well and sometimes CBT. Depending on the concern, I integrate the modalities that seem like they would be the most helpful. I take into consideration the problem and the person, and their preferences.

My past patients have gained confidence in themself, encouragement to set boundaries, feeling heard and understood. If this is what you’re looking for, please reach out to schedule an appointment.

About Me:

I love coffee, music, and watching a good movie.
