Licensed Clinical Social Worker
I naturally work from a strengths-based and client-centered perspective and feel that collaboration and rapport are key components in the therapeutic process. My goal is to help you heal and flourish in your life. To best facilitate that, we will work together in exploring thoughts, emotions, experiences, relationships, behaviors, etc. I will provide a supportive environment for you to share with me and offer observations, tools, and exercises along the way. During our first session, we will discuss your background and reasons for seeking therapy, as well as your goals so we can create shared expectations of our work together. Our sessions will be intentional and work towards meeting your individual wants and needs. There are many different modalities and therapeutic frameworks I utilize, and I believe that the best approach is the one that works for each unique client.

I am also certified in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM), have extensive training in Motivational Interviewing, and am a Certified Fitness Trainer.
I am passionate about wellness in mind and body, and if it is of interest to you, can incorporate movement and exercise into our therapy sessions together.
I earned both my Bachelors and Masters Degrees at The School of Social Work at The University of Texas at Austin. In my free time, I enjoy playing outside with my sweet dog, exploring trails and hiking, exercising, reading, seeing live music, and catching up with friends.
